House sitting and other services   

Basic service : 

Once per day which includes security check of your home, mail, paper, taking out the trash, alter lights and curtains and water indoor flowers - $8.00
Two or more times each day will be an additional $6.00 per visit.

Level two service:

Once per day which includes the above services, plus taking care of your outdoor watering and gardens - Pricing will be according to the time it takes to take care of your outside needs - $12.00 for half hour, $16.00 for one hour.

Level three service:

Includes the above services and staying overnight in your home - $25.00 per day

We have decided to offer the above services for home owners that do not have pets, so you know your home is being taken care of by a professional trusted house sitter.

Lawn cutting pricing:

$25.00 for a standard size yard - This is for 1 hour of lawn cutting.

$50.00 - This is for up to 2 hours of lawn cutting.

We will be using your lawn mower and your gas. We will not cut lawns that take more than 2 hours to cut. This is for people with and without pets. 

Maid services:

We will clean your home whether your home or away.  Includes vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms, mopping floors and inside windows. Does not include laundry, outside windows, cleaning inside ovens, cleaning inside refridgerators, washing walls, or curtains or drapery. Pricing is by the time it will take to clean your home.

$40.00 per hour.




Taxi Service:        

Don't have time to take your pet to the vet, we do!
We will take your pet for their regular vet visits and stay with them until the appointment is finished, local vets only: $20.00

Drop off and pick up for your pets "beauty" appointment: $12.00  (Southwest Allen County)   

Drop off or pick up only from your veterinarian, kennel, or "beauty" appointment: $7.00  (Southwest Allen County)

Shampoo and blow dry:  Pricing is by the size of the dog

Up to 30 lbs. - $12.00          31 - 50 lbs. - $14.00         51 - 99 lbs. - $16.00      100 lbs. + - $18.00

The above pricing is for use of our shampoo.  Please deduct $2.00 if we are using your shampoo.

Pet Waste Cleanup:   $16.00 for a one time cleanup for standard yards for 1 dog, $20.00 for 2 dogs, $24.00 for 3 dogs

Pet Waste Cleanup contract:

Once a week:                           1 dog   $8.00 per visit            2 dogs $10.00  per visit           3 dogs $12.00 per visit

Twice a week:                          1 dog   $7.00 per visit             2 dogs $9.00  per visit           3 dogs $11.00 per visit
               
Three times a week:                1 dog   $6.00 per visit             2 dogs  $8.00 per visit           3 dogs $10.00 per visit

Pricing is for standard backyards and does not include concrete or deck hose downs.

Tools are disinfected before and after each stop.

Pet food delivery service:  Cost of food + $8.00 delivery charge (Southwest residents only)

When you are away we will water your indoor plants, bring in the paper and the mail, altering house lights and curtains so it looks like you are home and take out the trash for free with any of our pet services  If you have outdoor gardens, plants, bushes that need to be watered their will be an additional cost.

Gift certificates are available in any domination

This would make a nice gift especially for an elderly parent(s) who love the companion of a pet but have a hard time properly taking care of their beloved friend.
